This question doesn't make any sense why are you asking a forum which is us the people that's eaten there why it take so long for you to get your food at the drive-thru I don't work there so how we supposed to know the answer that you have to ask the employees and then you can post the answer so we can all know but you have to take into account this is seafood this is not a precooked Burger this sitting in its in a steamer bath of water or some McNuggets that's fried and 4 minutes it's a seafood it has to be cooked with the dining room full of people so patience is needed and if you can't get it in the drive thru on time then you'll need to come in and sit out if I can eat restaurant
